STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will typically be processed in 1-2 business days, for available product. For items that are currently backordered a member of the Moodboxx team will contact you. All backordered products will ship within 1-2 business days once it becomes available.
Standard orders are processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours. Orders received after 12 pm Eastern Time (ET) on Friday will be processed the following week.

Standard US Ground Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. Standard Shipping is via USPS, FedEx or UPS and takes 1-10 business days, depending on location.
Express shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Express shipping charges are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.
On national holidays, shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. We will do our best to display temporary holiday shipping policy terms at the top of the Cart page before the Checkout process.
At this time we only ship within the United States.

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receiving your order.
